Insurance & access
What it costs and how coverage works — explained plainly, before you commit.
Interventional psychiatry shouldn't come with billing surprises. We verify your coverage up front and walk you through the path for each treatment, so you know what to expect before you start.
General psychiatry & medication management
For outpatient psychiatry and medication management, we work with a range of plans, including coverage facilitated through Headway, which streamlines in-network access for many commercial insurers. Cash-pay is also available. Tell us your insurer when you request an appointment and we'll confirm how your visits are covered.
Please confirm with the office which specific plans and networks are currently accepted — coverage relationships change.
Deep TMS coverage
Deep TMS is covered by many insurers for treatment-resistant depression, and coverage for OCD is increasingly available. Most plans require documentation that you've tried and not adequately responded to a number of antidepressants, plus prior authorization before a course begins. We handle the authorization with you and verify your benefits before you start — so you're not committing to weeks of treatment without knowing where you stand.
Learn about Deep TMSSpravato (esketamine) access
Spravato is dispensed through a specialty-pharmacy model rather than billed like an ordinary in-office medication. Many plans cover it for treatment-resistant depression, typically with prior authorization. We use the manufacturer's Spravato With Me (SWM) platform to coordinate benefits verification and access. Because Spravato is governed by a restricted safety program, we don't publish esketamine pricing here — we review your specific coverage with you directly.
Learn about SpravatoMAT (medication-assisted treatment)
Coverage for buprenorphine and Sublocade varies by plan; many commercial and public plans cover MAT for opioid use disorder. We'll verify your benefits and, where coverage is limited, discuss practical options. Your participation is confidential under federal law (42 CFR Part 2).
Learn about MATCash-pay
Where insurance doesn't apply or you prefer to pay directly, cash-pay is available for many services. Ask the office for current self-pay structures. We'll be straightforward about costs.
The simple version
Tell us your insurer when you request an appointment. We verify coverage and explain the path for whichever treatment fits you — before you commit. No surprises.
This page describes coverage structures generally and is not a guarantee of benefits. Your specific coverage is confirmed individually.
